1) Who we are

“Daollarstore,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Service. “You” refers to any user who accesses or uses the Service.

2) Eligibility and accounts

• You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• We may require you to verify your email or take reasonable steps to protect the Service and our users.

3) User content and conduct

The Service may allow you to submit content (for example, video links, titles, thumbnails, comments, and other materials) (“User Content”). You are responsible for your User Content and your conduct.

3.1 Prohibited content (no sexual, violent, defamatory, harassment, illegal)

You agree you will not post, upload, link to, or share User Content that:

• Sexual content that is explicit, pornographic, or exploitative.
• Violent content that promotes violence, glorifies harm, or encourages real-world harm.
• Defamatory content that falsely harms another person’s reputation.
• Harassment or hate including bullying, threats, intimidation, or content targeting protected groups.
• Illegal content or content that facilitates illegal activity (including instructions to commit wrongdoing).
• Content that violates privacy rights (e.g., doxxing, sharing private information without permission).
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks) or violates third-party terms.
• Malware, phishing, fraud, spam, or attempts to deceive users.

3.2 Platform integrity (no exploiting)

You agree you will not:

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without our permission.
• Use bots or automated methods to manipulate views, likes/dislikes, rankings, clicks, or any analytics.
• Attempt to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended features for advantage (“exploits”).
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service except as permitted by law.

3.3 Anti-spam, abuse, and data misuse

You agree you will not intentionally spam, exploit, or abuse the Service or its data. This includes, without limitation:

• Posting repetitive, low-quality, misleading, or mass submissions intended to flood categories, feeds, or search results.
• Creating excessive accounts, using automation, or coordinating behavior to artificially influence rankings, views, reactions, clicks, or analytics.
• Attempting to overload the Service, bypass limits, probe endpoints, or access data beyond what the Service provides.
• Collecting, scraping, harvesting, reselling, or redistributing Service data without our permission.
• Using the Service in a way that degrades performance, stability, or user experience.

3.4 Video categorization requirement

If you submit a video, you must select the most accurate category according to our Category Guidelines. Repeated or intentional mis-categorization (including choosing the wrong category to gain more exposure) is considered a violation of these Terms and may result in removal, restrictions, or account suspension.

4) Your rights and our rights in User Content

• You keep ownership of your User Content.
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your User Content as needed to operate and improve the Service.
• You represent that you have all rights needed to share your User Content and that it complies with these Terms.

5) Shopping and orders

• Product availability, pricing, and promotions may change at any time.
• We may cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or mistakes (for example, pricing errors).
• Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, and other factors.
• Returns/refunds (if offered) follow the policy posted on the Service or provided at purchase time.

6) Third-party services and links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, payment processors). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7) Termination and enforcement (accounts may be banned)

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service (including banning accounts) at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, abused the Service, or harmed other users or the platform.

• We may remove or restrict User Content, features, or accounts.
• We may cooperate with law enforcement where required.
• We may take steps to prevent repeat abuse (for example, blocking devices or IPs where appropriate).

8) Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that content will always be available.

• We do not guarantee that videos or links posted by users are accurate, safe, or appropriate.
• We are not responsible for User Content posted by users or third parties.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daollarstore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

10) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Daollarstore from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction unless local law requires otherwise. (If you want, tell me what country/province you want to use, and I’ll lock this section to that.)

Category Guidelines

When posting a video, you must choose the most accurate category. Intentionally choosing the wrong category (or repeatedly mislabeling) may result in removal or account restrictions.

A.I. - uses artificial intelligence to alter persons or animals (e.g., face swaps, voice cloning, deepfakes, AI-generated scenes). This does not include use of AI to enhance graphics, story telling, or use of AI to enhance scene.

Age - anything relating to to anti-aging, gene, longevity, healthspan research, and related content.

Animals - anything relating to animals: animal facts, animal-related humor, pets, rescue content, training clips, wildlife

Art - anything related to art: 3d art, drawing, paint, graphic design.

Astro - anything related to astronomy: galaxy, planets, space, space travel, universe.

Documentary - anything in documentary type format or parts of documentary.

Entertainment - anything relating to movies and entertainment that is not a movie itself: interviews, replays, review, shows, trailers.

Funny - anything funny: comedy, humor, pet humor, pranks. No inappropriate content.

Garden - anything relating to gardening and plants: growing, cultivation information on different plants

Health - anything health related: medical, medicine to movies and entertainment that is not a movie itself: interviews, replays, review, shows, trailers.

Live - any live current videos, live streams.

Movies - includes all movie genre.

War - anything war related: army, ancient and historical battle can be categorized here. Must not incite hate or inappropriate content.

Weather - videos relating to weather, disasters caused by weather, or weather forecasts (storms, tornadoes, hurricanes, flooding, snow/ice events, etc.).
